上海飞人工业缝纫机有限公司是通过现代企业制度改革，由上海飞人有限公司改制而成立的企业，其前身是上海缝纫机一厂。公司具有十八年推进全面质量管理的历史，成绩卓著，先后获得上海市质量管理奖、轻工业部质量管理奖、国家质量管理奖、国家一级企业的称号，为上海市首批通过GB/TI9002-ISO9002质量认证的企业之一，公司具有独立的外销经营权，是上海市进出口商品检验局首批认可的一类管理企业，二OO三年度中国外贸企业信用体系指定示范单位，上海缝制机械行业协会团体会员。公司的主要产品通过国际权威机构德国莱茵公司的CE认证。公司现有员工近200名，生产的工业缝纫机有超高速包缝机、高速平缝机、高速绷缝机、裘皮缝纫机、曲折缝缝纫机、皮革缝纫机、特种缝纫机等10多个系列、100多个品种，产品远销国外，在业界享有盛誉。

Reforming and reorganization of Shanghai Flyingman Machine Company by modern enterprise reform system, which predecessor is Shanghai Sewing Machine Factory No.1, establish our company. We have won several honors, such as municipal quality administration award, light industrial ministry and national quality administration award, national fist-class enterprise title, and one of gaining Shanghai GB/TI9002-ISO9002 enterprises. Our company has title of export, which is fist-rate enterprise ratified by Shanghai Import & Export Commodity Inspection Bureau, an official example company of China Foreign Trade Enterprise Credit System, and a member of Shanghai Sewing Machine Association. We have obtained CE certificate of German Product Safety GmbH for mainly products.
