Zhejiang Coatings Industry Association (ZCIA) is organized by enterprises and institutions engaged in coatings and pigments industry on the basis of voluntary participation and equality. ZCIA is a non-profit and self-regulated commonalty, serving as a bridge between governments and enterprises. It is a facilitation and service organization and a market intermediary. Its business responsible department is the Petrochemical Industry Department of Zhejiang Province.
ZCIA's aim is to unite its members, publicize and implement national and provincial policies on the coatings industry, push forward the technological advancement and management modernization, protect its members' legal rights, strengthen the ties between its members and governments, maintain fair competition, and promote the stable and healthy development of the coatings industry of Zhejiang Province.
