为了保证爆列效果，要求爆列管中充装的是液体二氧化碳，而且液态二氧化碳所 占有的体积不小于97%。这样的前提下。充装二氧化碳必须是在常压、低温（-37℃）或常温 （25℃）、高压25MPa以上完成。一种二 氧化碳致裂器集成移动工作站及充装、检修方法，其所公开的充装机构包括依次连接的空 压机、输气管、气动增压泵、输液管、快速接头，气动增压泵通过进出液管与储液罐连接；由 于采用空压机提供动力并通过气动增压泵向二氧化碳致裂器内充装液态二氧化碳使得充 装时压力不够导致二氧化碳致裂器内没有足量的液态二氧化碳，将会大影响爆破效果。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种二氧化碳致裂器充装机，通过液压油缸 提供动力、并专门设计了泵体和柱塞，能够向二氧化碳致裂器内充装足量的液态二氧化碳， 保证爆破效果。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种二氧化碳致裂器充装 机，包括充装机架、设置在充装机架上的致裂器固定组件、液态二氧化碳充装组件及配套的 管路组件和控制箱，关键在于：所述液态二氧化碳充装组件包括具有进液口和出液口的泵 体、进液单向阀、出液单向阀、位于泵体内的柱塞、活塞杆伸入泵体内并与柱塞相连的液压 油缸，沿所述柱塞轴向设有贯穿柱塞的中空腔，所述进液单向阀设于中空腔内，所述出液单 向阀固定于出液口，沿柱塞径向设有与中空腔相通的中间进液口。
本实用新型的有益技术效果是：1、通过采用液压驱动的方式带动柱塞往复运动， 实现对二氧化碳致裂器充装液态二氧化碳，能够为致裂器充装足量液态二氧化碳，保证爆 破效果；2、泵体内设有低压储液部分和高压储液部分，低压储液部分保证泵体的工作温度 并与环形气体收集腔连通，通过泄气阀及时排出气化的液态二氧化碳，高压储液部分在液 压油缸的驱动下被压缩进入二氧化碳致裂器；3、二氧化碳致裂器一端通过压紧组件与充液 接头压紧、另一端通过支撑组件实现浮动支撑，整个致裂器固定组件结构简单、便于致裂器 的固定、充液和换装。
